我的QQ中心账号管理页面出现vConsole图标，这是什么情况呢？

我的QQ中心（https://id.qq.com/index.html#account）账号管理页面出现vConsole图标，这是什么情况呢？以我半灌水都不到的思维来看这应该是前端调试代码，就是不知道为什么会在半夜出现，难道有腾讯程序员同学在调试？一知半解的我只能贴出部分代码以供后期参考与记录。
